Terms and conditions

All orders only include the minimum required information for payment and fulfillment. The company does not store your credit card number since the KORTA is our trusted payment processor. Information stored in our database includes customer names, addresses and unique identification numbers. After the product has been shipped to a customer we store this data for up to 800 days unless a customer emails us at +44 (0) 800 808 5594 and requests removal from the database (this also voids the warranty). It is necessary for the company to keep this data on hand because of after sale service and warrantys. After the warranty expires we delete all electronic order information but store printed receipts for 7 years, according to accounting legislation.


Product shipping

When an order has been placed and payment received the order will be shipped within one business day. If you order on Monday you can expect the product to arrive on Thursday for US orders. Since this is a parcel shipment you need to be at home to receive the product, otherwise you can pick it up at your local post office, when you receive notice from the postal service. If the product is not in stock we will contact you and offer you a refund if you so wish, or you can be placed on a waitlist.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are not included in the product price. Shipping cost will be added during checkout depending on your location.

Returning unopened products

You can return the product within 14 days from receipt of purchase, if you have not opened it and you will receive a full refund, less a $20 shipping fee which is non refundable.

Return-postage can not be refunded.

Faulty products and warranty

If you received a faulty unit, or your unit was damaged during shipment, please contact customer support for replacement. Always contact our support staff at +44 (0) 800 808 5594 before returning an item, if you neglect to do this, the warranty is void. Please send faulty goods to:

Money back guarantee

If you are not happy with the product you may qualify for our money back guarantee. We offer everyone who uses the product for six weeks and is dissatisfied with the product to return it for a full refund, without any processing fees whatsoever. The items must be shipped back within 60 days from the order date. In order to get a refund you must have a copy of your purchase receipt. Due to the nature of the Shower Strap, Gun Oil, Monkey Spanker and the Cleaning Kit, these can not be returned after the packaging has been opened.  Furthermore, the Bathmate Goliath and Hydromax X40, and Hydromax Xtreme is only covered by a Money Back Guarantee if you have bought from our store and used previously the Bathmate Hercules model.  Bathmate Pumps can not be changed for a different model.

Why is my country on the "Do Not Ship" list?

Countries on the list are there because, in our experience, orders shipped to those countries have been confiscated by customs and are not delivered to the client or returned to our facility. The "Do Not Ship" list is subject to change at any time. Please note that if you wish to attempt and order, contact us and we will assist you, however if your shipment gets stuck or otherwise not returnable to us in its original condition, no refunds are made.
